Terms of service

Typically, we do not charge our customers extra fees for the work we put into each individual custom order outside of the original design fee. However, when our potential customers do not fulfill their obligation to purchase, we do invoice for services rendered. Those invoices are due upon receipt and are non-negotiable.
Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style and color), NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
